Online video platforms can be a great source for educators looking to bring video into their classrooms. However, this has its challenges. For instance, many school districts block the most popular sites. And even if yours hasn’;t, these sites definitely require careful monitoring. You never know what might pop up as an ad or what video might be suggested at the end of the one you’;re watching.

So if you’;re looking for an alternative, check out Boclips for Teachers . This platform has a huge library of educational videostoddler pillow cases, all discoverable through an easy search function. They describe their service as “;a smarter, safer way to use video in the classroom,”; and they definitely back that up. When you’;re on Boclips for Teachers, you’;ll notice there are no ads. Plus, you can save your video collections and even browse the collections of other teachers. This way, you’;ll be able to quickly and easily access videos for individual lessons or curriculum areas.

Best of all, right now it’;s free for teachers. For a limited time (until the end of June), you can sign up for free lifetime access to all the educational videos that Boclips for Teachers has to offer, including:

Find collections that include stories for children, early childhood videos, writing prompts for children, and videos on the science of sound, science experimentation, and more. Plus, search for your favorite curriculum area to find a specific video.

Find collections on Shakespeare, history, weather, creative writing, animal welfare, climate change, and more. Each collection has multiple video examples within each one, or you can create your own collection, too.

Find collections on sustainable farming, chemistry, art history, history of inspirational women, poetry, ethics and morals, American literature, and more. You can play the videos for the entire class because you won’;t have to worry about ads or inappropriate content.

Hi, it’s Karen Crossen?here today and I have a summery project to share with you – Mermaid on Canvas. It has been inspired by my latest voyages.?Few weekends ago, we were driving home through Florida and decided to visit some of roadside America along the way. So we found ourselves in Weeki Wachee Florida – home of the live mermaids! It was so much fun to see and so I wanted to create a piece that reminded me of our road trip!

The beginning of the year is always busy for us, as we are travelling all over the world to attend the biggest trade shows, while simultaneously performing the last touches for our new collection. This year, our team has attended Maison&Object in Paris, NY NOW in New York, and Ambiente in Frankfurt. There, we have introduced our newest collection (which will be available online very soon!), got inspired and came back ready to create even more beautiful things. We also chatted the days away with people who love linen as much as we do – from our long-term clients and partners, to those who we’ve met for the first time, but will make sure to maintain the relationship. We’ve tried to involve everyone at Linen Tales as much as possible, so it wasn’t only managers and designers who travelled, but also our wonderful sales people, who take care of our stores so lovingly on daily basis. Our colleagues agreed to share their insights here on our blog, so read on!

Online shopping is a great tool for furnishing a home. But a lot of us write off the idea of buying furniture online because it seems too risky. How can you tell if what you see is actually what you get? How do you know the piece will work in your home if you haven’t had a chance to see it first?
